I have taken several Instructional Technology and Design graduate courses through Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University located in Blacksburg, Virginia. Presently, I am working towards a Masters of Arts in Instructional Technology and Design.

I have also attend the Virginia Teacher Training Institute in Roanoke, Virginia. This Technology workshop is produced by the Blue Ridge Public Television. I have also been a three time winner of the Commission for the Arts Grant from the Commonwealth of Virginia. This is a three-hundred dollar grant to incorporate arts and technology into the classroom.
